Exchange in store within 10 days of receipt for another item or a credit note to spend in store.
Simply return to us for an exchange or full refund by following the steps below within 10 days of receipt. We will process your exchange or refund (excluding original delivery charge) when we receive your parcel.
Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged, tags in place and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned.
Earrings - In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns on earrings for pierced ears.
Swimwear - Please note, in the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds.
Sale goods returns choose carefully. There is no exchanges or refunds for sale goods.
All NZ orders will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking numbers for each parcel. No signature required, unless requested by you.
Standard delivery from Wanaka is not always reliable, please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
NZ Courier – We give you an option at check out $7, please allow 2-4 working days.
Australia – $20 including insurance 5-10 working days from dispatch. Signature required.
Worldwide – $30 including insurance 5-10 working days from dispatch. Signature required.
*** Import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside New Zealand. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control.
