IMPORTANT RETURNS & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

  • Every piece you buy was made to be treasured. If for any reason you’re not head over heels with the garment you receive, you are welcome to return it to us for an exchange. Please package the garment and send it to us within 10 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact.
  • Faulty Products
    Escape will replace or refund any garment/footwear deemed to be at fault by fabric flaw or manufacturing. 
  • If you wish to return any goods, the return shipping cost is not covered by Escape. 
  • ‘Sale’ is our favourite four-letter word too, but we do not accept returns for garments you purchased at sale prices.
  • Colours can vary depending on the monitor you are viewing the item on. Due to this variance we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of a colour will be completely accurate.
